PEACHTREE CORNERS, Ga., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mighty Auto Parts has promoted Crystal Wilkins to Associate Product Manager and hired Brandon Townsend as Product Support Coordinator. The appointments add product knowledge, operations experience, and customer-focused support to the Product Team.

Crystal Wilkins Promoted to Associate Product Manager

Wilkins joined Mighty in 2014 as Product Administrator and held the role for four years. After leaving Mighty in 2018, she worked as a writer and editor in marketing communications and earned a Master of Arts in Professional Writing. She returned to Mighty in February 2026 as Product Support Coordinator.

In her new role, Wilkins will manage non-filter product programs, such as tools and equipment, batteries, and wipers. She will also support key product initiatives across the Mighty System.

Brandon Townsend Joins Mighty as Product Support Coordinator

Townsend spent seven years at The Home Depot as an Operational Experience Manager, where he oversaw multiple departments and more than 100 associates. In his new role, he will support product programs and initiatives across the department, drawing on his background in operations, performance analytics, and customer service.

“Mighty’s focus on supporting its franchise network matches how I like to work,” said Townsend. “I look forward to helping the Product Team keep programs running smoothly for our distributors and customers.”
