Suarez, the 43rd Mayor of Miami and former President of the United States Conference of Mayors, has joined the company as Advisor to the Board. Suarez, an attorney, will advise HelloGov on regulatory matters, compliance, and the company’s work with government agencies as it scales following its merger with iVisa.
Suarez served two terms as Mayor of Miami from 2017 to 2025, becoming the first Miami-born mayor in the city’s history and winning re-election in 2021 with more than 78% of the vote.
