Acquisition expands Sisu’s clean energy platform into waste-heat recovery systems that increase power output without incremental harmful emmission
TULSA, OK, UNITED STATES, August 24, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Sisu Energy & Environmental LLC (“Sisu”), a clean energy company whose engineered solutions help power providers protect America’s communities and environment, announced that it has acquired Helical Energy, Inc. (“Helical”), a leading provider of patented waste-heat recovery, steam-generation, and power-production systems.
Helical designs systems that capture otherwise-wasted heat from gas turbine exhaust and convert it into useful electric power.
The acquisition expands Sisu’s capabilities and positions the combined company as a single-source provider of engineered gas turbine exhaust solutions spanning emissions control, noise abatement, energy recovery, and power production. The combination is especially relevant to data centers and other large energy users racing to add ever-increasing power capacity. Waste-heat recovery helps these facilities remain within permitted emissions limits while increasing power output.
